The client portal at /portal is the one place your whole account lives: services, invoices, renewal dates, domains, hosting, files, and support. Here is the map.
The dashboard
The landing screen shows three cards, Active services, Next invoice, and Invoices paid, plus a My services list. Every figure is read from your account records, and the dashboard reads the same data as the Billing page, so the two screens always agree.
Money
- Invoices lists every payment, refund, and receipt, with a printable invoice document behind each row. See Reading your invoices.
- Billing shows what renews, the renewal date, and the cancellation deadline side by side, along with your payment method panel. Cancelling a subscription starts here too.
Services and assets
- Services groups everything you have with us: websites, SEO campaigns, hosting, domains, email plans, and other work.
- Orders shows your order history from the online checkout.
- Domains and Hosting have their own detail pages, including DNS management for domains.
- Files is the document area for your account, and Announcements collects the updates we post to your portal.
Help and account
- Support is the ticket queue. Open a ticket, watch its status move from Open through Replied to Resolved, and keep the whole conversation in one place.
- Account holds your profile, password, and notification preferences. Your email address is special: invoices and legal notices go there, and changing it goes through our team. See Changing your account email.
