Discovery Call

We confirm your entity type (LLC or Corp), business name availability, ownership structure, and which package fits your launch plan.

What we need from you

Have these ready and we can start immediately. You will be asked for them when you place the order.

  • Proposed entity name and two alternates

    We run a name availability check with the California Secretary of State before filing, so give us backups in case your first choice is taken.

  • Entity type

    If you are undecided, we confirm the right structure on the discovery call.

  • Owner, officer and responsible party details

    Legal names, titles, ownership split and mailing addresses, plus the individual the IRS will list as responsible party on the EIN application. We collect taxpayer identification details separately, not in the order form.

  • California street address and mailing address

    Used on your Articles and on your initial Statement of Information.

  • Domain name and registrar access

    Registrar or DNS login so we can connect your domain to the bundled site. If you do not own a domain yet, tell us the name you want.

  • Logo, brand assets and photographyoptional

    Logo files, brand colors and any photography you want used on the bundled site.

How much does business formation cost?
We offer three one-time packages: Starter at $600, Business at $900 (our recommended tier), and Pro at $1,400. Each bundles California LLC or Corp formation with a matching website.
What is included in each package?
Starter ($600) covers filing, your EIN, the Statement of Information, and a 1-page site. Business ($900) adds registered agent service for year one, seller's permit guidance, GA4 and UTM tracking, and a 3-page site. Pro ($1,400) adds priority filing, a licenses and permits concierge, a site of up to 5 pages, and first-year hosting.
Are California government fees included in the price?
No. State and government filing fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant agencies. Our package prices cover our formation work and your bundled website only.
Is this a one-time charge or a subscription?
The formation package is a single one-time fee. The recurring costs after that are website hosting, from $11.99 per month on our Business Hosting plan (the Pro package includes the first year), and registered agent service if you renew it with us. Business and Pro include registered agent service for the first year; after that you can renew it with us or name your own California agent.
Which package do you recommend for a new San Diego business?
We recommend the Business package at $900. It includes registered agent service for year one and seller's permit guidance, which most new local businesses need to operate and sell legally.
How does website hosting renewal work?
