There are four ways to reach us: live chat on the site, email, phone, and postal mail. Each has a distinct job, and one distinction matters legally: formal notices are valid only by email to [email protected].
Live chat
The chat widget sits at the bottom right of the site. Replies can come from AI, labeled with an AI badge, or from our team, labeled UR Local, so you always know which you are reading. You can also book a call straight from the chat header. The chat assistant explains how it works, and Booking a call through chat covers the booking flow.
- [email protected] for general support and everyday questions.
- [email protected] for legal notices, disputes, billing issues, refund requests, and cancellations. This is the only valid channel for those. How to send a formal notice lists what the email must contain.
Phone
Call +1-888-252-0251. The phone line is for sales and support only, and calls may be recorded. Phone is never a valid channel for legal notices, disputes, cancellations, refund requests, or privacy requests; those must go by email.
Postal mail
UR Local Marketing LLC, 152 W Park Ave, Ste 150, El Cajon, CA 92020. The mailing address is for correspondence. Postal mail is not a valid channel for the formal notices listed above.
Which one should you use?
- A question about your project or account: chat, or [email protected].
- A billing problem: email first, and read A charge looks wrong.
- A cancellation: the client portal flow, which writes and sends the compliant notice for you.
- Anything legal: [email protected], in the body of the email.
If you are not sure where to start, the contact page works for everything.
