There are six ways to reach us: live chat on the site, the contact form, a support ticket in the client portal, email, phone, and postal mail. Each has a distinct job, and one distinction matters legally: formal notices are valid only by email to update@urlocalmarketing.com.
Live chat
The chat widget sits at the bottom right of the site. Replies can come from AI, labeled with an AI badge, or from our team, labeled UR Local, so you always know which you are reading. Contact form
Send us a message through the form on the contact page, and we reply the same business day.
Support tickets
Signed-in clients can open a ticket under Support in the client portal, and the ticket keeps its full history.
- support@urlocalmarketing.com for general support and everyday questions.
- update@urlocalmarketing.com for legal notices, disputes (including formal billing disputes), and refund requests. This is the only valid channel for those. A cancellation can go to this address or through the client portal cancellation flow, which writes and sends the notice for you. How to send a formal notice lists what the email must contain.
Phone
Call +1-888-252-0251. The phone line is for sales and support only, and calls may be recorded. Phone is never a valid channel for legal notices, disputes, cancellations, refund requests, or privacy requests; those must go by email, except that a cancellation can also go through the client portal flow.
Postal mail
Our mailing address is listed on our About page and in the Terms of Use. It is for correspondence only. Postal mail is not a valid channel for the formal notices listed above.
Which one should you use?
- A question about your project or account: chat, or support@urlocalmarketing.com.
- A billing problem: email first, and read A charge looks wrong.
- A cancellation: the client portal flow, which writes and sends the compliant notice for you.
- Anything legal: update@urlocalmarketing.com, in the body of the email.
