Booking a Call Through Chat

How do you book a call? Open the chat, click Book a call, and send your name, email, preferred time, and timezone. A team member reviews every request and confirms or declines it by hand; nothing books automatically.

Updated

You can request a call without leaving the chat. Open the chat widget, click Book a call in the header, and fill in the short form. Every request is reviewed by a person on our team, who confirms or declines it by hand. Nothing is booked automatically.

What the form asks for

The form is deliberately short:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your preferred date and time
  • Your timezone
  • Notes on what you want to cover (optional)

The rules the form applies

  • The preferred time must be in the future and within the next year.
  • The timezone has to be a real one; the form checks it so your time is not misread.
  • Up to 3 booking requests per day are accepted per visitor.

What happens next

Your request is recorded and put in front of our team for review. It stays a request until a team member confirms it, so the time you picked is a preference, not a reserved slot. The email and phone number on the form are how we follow up, so double-check them before you submit.

A request made from a chat conversation stays linked to that conversation, so the team can read the context you already gave before the call.

If your plans change after submitting, say so in the same chat conversation, or email [email protected] so the team sees it while reviewing your request.

The booking form lives inside the chat widget, so the data handling described in The chat assistant applies to the surrounding conversation. If you would rather write first and schedule later, start at the contact page.
