The chat on our site answers with a mix of AI and people, and it always tells you which is which. Automated replies are generated by AI and carry an AI badge in the chat window. Replies from our team are labeled UR Local. What the chat collects and stores is set out in the Privacy Policy.
When it is AI and when it is human
When the AI assistant is enabled, it writes the automated replies, and every one of them is labeled AI in the window. A message labeled UR Local was written by a person on our team. If you would rather deal with a person from the start, use the Book a call button in the chat header or email [email protected].
What is stored
- Your chat messages and any attachments, kept as conversation transcripts.
- Session context captured when the conversation starts: your IP address, approximate city, device and browser type, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link you used.
- A chat visitor identifier saved in your browser, so a returning visitor can continue the same conversation.
Conversations may be scored automatically to help us prioritize sales follow-up. When the assistant is enabled, your messages and recent history are processed by an AI provider, Anthropic or OpenAI depending on our configuration, to generate the automated replies. Chat transcripts are retained for up to 24 months.
Practical notes
- Messages can be up to 2000 characters. Enter sends; Shift+Enter starts a new line.
- After a stretch of inactivity the chat pauses itself. Type or click anywhere in the panel and it resumes.
- Close the widget any time; because of the visitor identifier, the same conversation continues when you return in the same browser.
