You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Send the request by email to [email protected]. The full statement of these rights, and of what we collect in the first place, is the Privacy Policy.
The rights themselves
California residents may:
- Request to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions
- Opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information)
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable
How to send a request
Email [email protected] and include:
- Your full name
- Your business name, if applicable
- The request itself
- The email address or addresses we may have on file for you
- Any relevant context
We verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by California law. You may also designate an authorized agent to act for you, through a signed, verifiable authorization.
What may be kept after a deletion request
Some records may be retained even after a deletion request, where the law allows. In particular, terms acceptance records and order records may be kept, because we need them to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, and defend legal claims.
Email only
Phone calls are not a valid channel for privacy requests or legal notices. The phone line is for sales and basic support only, and calls may be recorded. Use email.
Wondering what the chat specifically collects? The chat assistant breaks it down. For legal notices that go beyond privacy, How to send a formal notice covers the requirements.
