There are four ways to sign in: your email and password, Google, Apple, or Microsoft. All four open the same account when the email matches, and once you are in, your session lasts up to 30 days on that device.
The four ways in
- Email and password. The password you chose at checkout, on the set-password link, or on the sign-up form.
- Google. Sign in with the Google account that holds your email address.
- Apple. Sign in with your Apple ID. A Hide My Email relay address works as a login, but keep a real contact address on your account for invoices and notices.
- Microsoft. A work, school, or personal Microsoft account all work.
One account per email
Whichever button you press, the same email address always resolves to one account. If you set a password at checkout and later tap Sign in with Google on the same address, you land in the same account, with the same orders, invoices, and domains. Nothing forks and nothing is duplicated.
How long you stay signed in
A session lasts up to 30 days on that device, then you sign in again. After signing in you land in your client portal, or on the page you were headed to when sign-in interrupted you, such as the checkout step you were on.
Signing out
Sign out from your portal. On a shared or public computer, sign out when you finish: a session that lasts 30 days is convenient on your own machine and a risk on someone else's.
If sign-in fails
- Check the email address first. The account lives on the exact address you used with us.
- Forgotten password: request a reset link. See Forgot Your Password.
- If your account is not active, no sign-in method will work. Contact us and we will sort it out.
Every sign-in attempt, successful or failed, is logged with the IP address and browser used, for security and fraud prevention. For what else protects your account, read Keeping Your Account Secure.
