Request a password reset from the sign-in page and we email you a one-time link. Open it, choose a new password, and you are back in. The link expires after one hour, and once your new password is set, that link and every older one for your address stop working.
The reset, step by step
- Go to the sign-in page and choose the password reset option.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open the newest email from us and follow the link.
- Choose a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.
- Sign in with the new password.
How the link behaves
- It expires after one hour. It is a live credential, so it is deliberately short-lived.
- It works once. The moment your password is set, every outstanding link for your address is cancelled, so an old email cannot open your account later.
- If you press the button twice within a few minutes, both emails carry the same link. When in doubt, always use the newest email.
- If the link has expired, the page tells you so and offers to send a fresh one in one click.
Picking the new password
At least 8 characters is the only rule. We do not demand symbols, digits, or capitals, because length is what actually makes a password hard to guess. Your password cannot be your email address.
If you never had a password
If you bought from us and never chose a password, your account exists and is waiting for you: the set-password link from your purchase email lasts 7 days. See Your Account After Checkout. If that link has expired, the password reset flow above gets you in just the same.
If the email never arrives, check spam first, then contact us and a person will get you back into your account.
