If you start a checkout, give us your email, and do not finish, we may send you one follow-up email about that order. One is the design, not a target: it is the only email you will get about that cart, and it is never the start of a sequence. Nothing was charged, and your order is saved exactly as you left it.
What the email contains
- The items in your cart, by name. Deliberately no prices: the resume link shows you the live cart, which is the only total that is true at the moment you read it.
- A resume link that opens your own saved order. It works once and then stops working, and it expires after 7 days.
- A working unsubscribe link.
Using the resume link
Open the link and you pick up exactly where you left off, cart intact. The link is personal to your order and nobody else can use it. If it has already been used or has expired, just start a new order: when you are signed in, what you told us is still on your account.
Unsubscribing
The unsubscribe applies to your email address itself, not just to one cart or one account, so it also stops this email for any future order you leave unfinished. We honor it, as the Privacy Policy states, and you can also opt out any time by emailing [email protected].
Why we do it this way
An unfinished order usually means a real interruption, not a decision, so one quiet reminder with no prices and no pressure is the whole program. If you had already decided against the order, the email says so itself: we are not going to chase you.
Ready to finish? The full path from cart to fulfillment is in How Ordering Works. If you have a question about anything in the cart, reply to the email itself or reach us at contact: a person reads it.
