The UR Local Marketing mobile app is not published yet. There is no App Store listing and no Google Play listing today, so the store badges on the site show Coming soon and are not clickable. The moment a listing goes live, its badge switches to a real link automatically.
Why the badges are not clickable
Apple's marketing guidelines and Google Play's brand guidelines both allow the store badge to be used only as a link to a live listing on that store. A badge pointing at nothing, or at a homepage, would misuse the mark and dead-end you. So until each listing exists, the badge stays visible but inert, marked Coming soon.
Both platforms are planned
The site is wired for an iOS listing and an Android listing, and each one goes live independently. That means one store's badge can turn into a link before the other, and the app counts as published as soon as either listing is live.
What to use in the meantime
Everything a client needs today is on the web:
- The client portal holds your account, your invoices, and the subscription cancellation flow.
- The chat widget on the site answers questions and books calls; see The chat assistant and Booking a call through chat.
- The contact page covers everything else.
How you will know
You do not need to keep checking a store. The badges on the site are the tell: when one stops saying Coming soon and becomes clickable, the listing behind it is live. If you want to ask about timing, use the chat or the contact page.
