About the uptime figure
The plans state a 99.95% uptime target. Be clear about what that is: uptime and performance depend on upstream providers, and there is no absolute SLA unless your SOW includes a paid SLA. Section 8 of the Terms of Use states the rule.
Provisioning and refunds
Fulfillment starts after your payment settles, and your account is then set up by our team. Once the account is provisioned, hosting follows the standard subscription rules: it renews automatically each term until canceled, and hosting fees are non-refundable under section 16 of the Terms of Use.
