The review page is the last screen before payment, and it is built so nothing about your order is a surprise: every item appears with its price, its refund status, how to cancel it, and when the next charge lands. What you accept there is recorded word for word as your order record.
What each line shows
- The price and how it bills: Monthly, Yearly, One time, or First year for a domain.
- A refund status label with a plain sentence naming the exact section of the Terms of Use that governs it.
- The cancellation route for that item, and the date of its next charge.
- A minimum term, where a plan carries one.
- A setup fee, shown as its own row, because it follows its own refund rule.
Renewal dates
Each billing interval has its own renewal schedule. An order with a monthly item and a yearly item genuinely renews twice, so the page states two renewal dates, each with its own amount and its own cancellation notice deadline. You never have to add two figures together or guess which date belongs to which item. Dates are stated in Pacific time.
Refund status, honestly
Some items become non-refundable once fulfillment starts on them. A website design or build stays refundable until you approve Publish or Go-Live. A domain fee is paid straight through to the registrar, and the registration may be submitted automatically as soon as your payment settles. Any refund is paid minus the payment processing fees the payment provider keeps. Sections 16 and 21 of the Terms of Use carry the rules.
The acceptance box and your record
One checkbox places the order, and its text names your renewal dates, the amounts, and your cancellation terms rather than summarising them. When you confirm, we keep the acceptance record: the items and prices displayed, the consent text shown, the boxes checked, and the time.
