Check your spam or junk folder first: that is where most missing email from a new sender ends up. Then make sure you are looking in the right inbox, which is the address you gave us at checkout, not necessarily the one you read every day. If the missing email is a password link, do not wait: ask for a fresh one on the password reset page. Asking again within a few minutes re-sends the same live link, so both copies work.
The emails we actually send
- Your order (number) is confirmed. The receipt, sent on every paid order. It lists what you bought, what was charged and how to cancel.
- Welcome to UR Local Marketing. Sent once, when a sale opens a brand-new account.
- Set your password. Sent when your account has no password yet, for example after a purchase made without choosing one. The link works once, and the email names its own expiry.
- Reset your password. Sent when you ask on the password reset page. Works once, expires in an hour.
- Renewal reminders. Ahead of every renewal, naming the renewal date and the cancellation deadline, and the amount where we hold it.
Search your mailbox for those exact subject lines before assuming nothing arrived. All of our email is plain text with the link written out in full, so nothing in it should trip an attachment filter.
Forwarding and relay addresses
If your account address forwards somewhere else, delivery depends on that forward working. Apple's Hide My Email is the sharpest version of this risk: the relay stops forwarding the moment you revoke access, and from then on your renewal warnings and receipts go into a void. If you signed up with a relay or a forwarder, switch your account to an address you actually read.
Still nothing
We never ask for your password by email, so ignore anything that does. If a receipt or renewal reminder is genuinely missing after the checks above, tell us at support@urlocalmarketing.com and we will confirm what was sent and where.
