The Terms of Use are one contract for everything: they apply to urlocalmarketing.com and elcajonservices.com and to every service UR Local Marketing LLC, doing business as El Cajon Services, provides. This article is a plain tour, not the contract. The document itself controls, and every figure and edge case lives there.
When the terms bind
You accept the terms through any of the normal ways an engagement starts: checking the acceptance box at checkout, creating a client portal account, authorizing work after a quote, paying an invoice or deposit, or approving a draft and asking the team to publish or go live.
Renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically, and every renewal notice names the renewal date, the amount, and the cancellation deadline.
- The primary way to cancel is the cancellation flow in your client portal: it writes the complete notice for you, shows it to you, and sends it.
- For business subscriptions, cancellation notice must arrive at least 14 days before the renewal date. If you bought for personal rather than business use, you can cancel online at any time.
Refunds
A website design or build project stays refundable until you approve Publish or Go-Live. SEO and local marketing, ad management fees, hosting, domains, onboarding, third-party licenses, and deposits are non-refundable. Every refund is reduced by the card processing fees the payment provider keeps. The full list, the exact figures, and the online-order cancellation window are in the Terms of Use.
Domains
- A newly ordered domain is held for up to 5 calendar days pending settled payment. Unpaid, it is released and the name may become publicly available again.
- Under ICANN rules, a new registration is locked at its registrar for the first 60 days. You can use the domain from day one; only a transfer to another registrar has to wait.
- Once your account is current and the registrant identity is verified, the transfer code is released and the transfer initiated within 5 business days.
Reviews and notices
You have 5 business days from delivery to request in-scope fixes on a draft. Legal notices, disputes, cancellations, and refund requests are valid only by email to [email protected], written in the body of the email. Phone is never a valid channel for them.
