The whole Privacy Policy fits in five sentences. The company collects what you give it, meaning contact details, orders, chat messages, and account information, plus basic technical data about your visit. The live chat can answer with AI: messages are sent to an AI provider, Anthropic or OpenAI depending on configuration, to write those replies, and the replies are labeled as AI in the chat window. Card payments go directly to Stripe through its secure payment form, and the company never stores your full card number. Personal information is not sold, no third-party ad pixels are used today, and you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
The cookies in play
The policy lists a small set of first-party cookies and browser storage:
- A sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in to the client portal for up to 30 days.
- A shopping cart cookie that keeps your cart while you shop and check out.
- A chat visitor identifier so a returning visitor can continue the same conversation.
- Google Analytics cookies that measure how visitors use the site.
