There is no booking calendar and no gatekeeping. The contact page states it plainly: "No sales sequence, no discovery call before you can get an answer." You write one message through the contact page, or call 888-252-0251, and the reply comes the same business day.
What the form asks
- Your name, your email, and a short message about what you need. Those three are required.
- Phone and business name are optional. Add your phone if you would rather talk than type; the form itself notes that talking is faster.
- The message prompt tells you exactly what helps: the trade you are in, the city you serve, and what is not working right now.
What happens after the button
- Your message is saved to the team's own records first, and then the team is alerted. The record comes first by design, so a delivery hiccup can never lose your enquiry.
- The confirmation screen appears: "We read every one of these ourselves and reply the same business day."
- If you arrived from a plan's "Request a quote" button, the service and plan you were looking at travel with your message, so the reply opens with the thing you actually clicked.
- Nothing else happens. The form promises "No newsletter, no list. This reaches us and nobody else", and that is the whole of it.
If it is urgent
Call 888-252-0251. The line is answered by a person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered first thing.
If you are writing to claim the free audit, The Free Local SEO Audit covers what to include so the audit lands sharp. If you are asking about a specific plan, skim How to Read the Pricing Page first so the quote conversation starts on the right card.
