Three tools, three jobs. The chat is for talking to us, and it lives on the website only. The client portal is for your account: orders, invoices, services, domains and cancellations. The app, once published, is the window for browsing our services and portfolio from your phone and getting in touch. Pick by what you are trying to do, not by which one is closest.
Want to talk to someone? The website chat
The chat bubble on any page of this site is the fastest route to us. Ask a question, or use the Book a call button in the chat header to request a time that suits you. The app does not carry the chat, and neither does the portal; the website is where the conversation happens. How replies work, including when the AI assistant answers and when a person does, is covered in The Chat Assistant: AI and Human Replies.
Managing your account or money? The portal
Everything binding lives at /portal, behind your sign-in:
- Orders at /portal/orders and every invoice at /portal/invoices.
- Your services, domains and hosting, each with its current state.
- Billing at /portal/billing, including the cancel flow that writes the required notice for you and sends it.
- Support tickets at /portal/support that keep their history.
If it involves what you pay, what you own or what you are canceling, it is a portal job. The portal is a website, so it works on your phone's browser today, no app required.
Just looking, from your phone? The app
Browsing services, showing someone our portfolio, starting a conversation: that is what the app is for. It is deliberately not an account tool, so nothing about your billing ever depends on it. It is not in the stores yet; Where to Download the App explains the Coming soon badges, and What the App Does covers what to expect.
Whichever door you pick, it is the same team on the other side. When in doubt, start with the chat and we will point you to the right place.
