Nay International: Premium Omani Frankincense E-Commerce Website - E-Commerce

Luxury Wellness E-Commerce Case Study: Nay International Omani Frankincense

The challenge

Nay International works with a rare raw material: premium Hojari Frankincense, the Boswellia Sacra resin gathered by hand in Oman's Dhofar mountains, which the company turns into a curated range of incense, oils, and skincare.

The brand carried centuries of heritage but had no digital presence to share it. For a product this rare, the store itself had to signal quality. The business needed an e-commerce platform that honored the resin's scarcity, made the Omani provenance and wellness positioning clear, and gave international buyers a smooth path from discovery to trust to purchase.

What we did

We started with positioning. A rare resin with a heritage story called for a luxury dark-mode store with restrained typography and soft, cinematic product photography, plus an editorial “Our Story” section tying each product to its Omani origin.

Next we removed friction for first-time international buyers: guest checkout, secure checkout, free returns within 14 days, and complimentary shipping over $200.

Product detail pages support the purchase with ratings & reviews (a 4.9 average across 127+ verified reviews), limited-time offer mechanics, a ready-to-order badge promising shipment within 48h, and rich descriptions covering wellness rituals and aromatherapy use. For consistency, the three brand pillars (Trusted Quality, Natural Ingredients, and Premium Omani Frankincense) repeat on the homepage, the About page and every product page.

We then matched on-page SEO to buyer searches: premium frankincense supplier, Omani Hojari frankincense, Boswellia Sacra resin, and long-tail wellness-aromatherapy intent. The store runs on dedicated infrastructure with global CDN caching, so international delivery stays fast.
